* On the morning of July 13th, in Vinh City, the solemn ceremony took place.Congress of Delegates of the Nghe An Provincial Youth UnionThe 2024-2029 term is being implemented with the slogan "Nghe An Youth: Aspiration - Pioneering - Unity - Creativity - Development".
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong – Permanent Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union – extended congratulations to the youth of Nghe An and all levels of the Union for achieving and exceeding the targets set at the beginning of the term. The Nghe An Provincial Youth Union has consistently been a leading unit in the emulation movement for youth union work and youth movements nationwide for many years.
To enable the youth of Nghe An to continue contributing their youthful energy to realizing the goals of building their homeland and country, the Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union, Nguyen Ngoc Luong, noted several key points for the Youth Union branches at all levels and the youth of Nghe An.

* On the afternoon of July 13th, a delegation from Hai Phong city visited the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site to lay flowers and offer incense.Commemorating President Ho Chi Minh.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegations laid flowers and offered incense, expressing their boundless gratitude and profound respect for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of our Party and people, the national liberation hero, and the outstanding cultural figure.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from July 13-14, a low-pressure area is likely to form, and then develop into a tropical depression in the northern and central parts of the East Sea (including the waters around the Hoang Sa archipelago). Simultaneously, from July 14-16, the northern and central parts of Central Vietnam are also forecast to experience low-pressure conditions.There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain.on a large scale.
The Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue, and Civil Defense of Nghe An Province requests the People's Committees of districts, cities, towns, and relevant units to implement response measures.

* The People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 547/KH-UBND dated July 10, 2024Implementing the planning for land border checkpoints.Period 2021-2030, vision to 2050.
The plan was issued with the overall objective of: Implementing the investment and development of the border gate system along the Vietnam-Laos land border in Nghe An province according to the roadmap approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1201/QD-TTg.
