To gDisburse 200 billion VNDBased on the central government's budget reserve for disaster and landslide relief as decided by the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Council must adjust some contents in the issued Resolution.

At the 23rd session on October 18th, the Provincial People's Committee submitted to the Provincial People's Council a draft Resolution on adjusting some contents of Resolution No. 29 dated June 7th, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, the reason for the adjustment is to clarify the beneficiaries (localities and units), thereby providing a basis for integrating TABMIS and disbursing funds for projects. Furthermore, it aims to align with the content and scope of the Resolution and the practical implementation.
