* The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issuedNotice No. 35-TB/TU on the results of inspection, direction, and removal of difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of local government at two levels in the province. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to advise on plans for staff arrangement and assignment; plans for mobilizing, rotating, and seconding cadres and civil servants from the provincial level to the commune level in the province in the coming time, ensuring reasonableness and effectiveness.
