People as well as traders when participating in the night street must wash their hands with sanitizer according to regulations.

*XI carried rice and it fell into the ditch., a farmer in Nghe An died. The incident happened on the morning of May 21, Mr. Nguyen Canh Tuy (67 years old), residing in Thanh Cao village, Dai Dong commune (Thanh Chuong) went to the field to harvest rice. At about 9:30 am, Mr. Tuy drove a tractor to pull a cart full of rice home. On the way, the cart overturned into a ditch in the Sang field area, Mr. Tuy was crushed by the tractor and suffocated.

Discovering the incident, people around quickly took Mr. Tuy out of the scene and performed first aid, but he did not survive.
