Previously, at the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly, Resolution 137/2024/QH15 was issued by the National Assembly on supplementing the pilot program of some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province. This resolution, consisting of 8 articles, stipulates the addition of pilot programs in 4 groups of fields with a total of 14 policies.
*Although Typhoon No. 4 did not directly affect Nghe An, its circulation caused flooding and landslides in many western districts of Nghe An.
Con Cuong district has deployed forces to relocate and evacuate people.55 households, comprising 220 people, are located in the flooded areas of the communes of Bong Khe, Cam Lam town, Chau Khe, Mon Son, Don Phuc, and Luc Da.
