On the morning of September 21, the Con River continued to rise, causing Tan Ky district to be partially flooded, with many roads still impassable for people.

The entire Tan Ky district currently has 19 deeply flooded areas affecting people's traffic, 116 houses are flooded, of which 6 houses must be urgently evacuated, mainly concentrated in the communes of Giai Xuan, Nghia Hoan, Ky Tan, Tan Hop...
