*COn the afternoon of January 22, Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court returned to work.offering flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minhat Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan, Nghe An.

In the sacred atmosphere, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh and the delegation respectfully offered flowers, offerings, and incense to express their infinite gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh, promising to forever study and follow his noble ideology, morality, and style.

Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh and the delegation visited and wished a happy New Year to officers and soldiers of the Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station - the unit assigned to manage the 22.5 km border between Vietnam and Laos through Nghe An province.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh shared the sacrifices and hardships of the unit, thereby acknowledging and praising the achievements that the Station has achieved in the past year.

On the occasion of preparing to welcome the New Year, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh sent New Year greetings to the officers and soldiers of the unit; wishing the Station to always be united and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

*SJanuary 22,General Phan Van Giang- Member of the Politburo, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense led the working delegation of the Ministry of National Defense tovisit, inspect, and wish a happy new year at Military Region 4on the occasion of preparing to welcome the Year of the Tiger - 2022.

Wishing the Armed Forces of Military Region 4 a Happy New Year, General Phan Van Giang - Minister of National Defense affirmed that in 2021, the Armed Forces of Military Region 4 successfully completed their tasks, including many excellent tasks. The Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense are completely confident in the armed forces of Military Region 4 performing their tasks in the 6 Central provinces.

Minister Phan Van Giang hopes that in the coming time, the Military Region 4 Command will continue to advise local Party committees and authorities to study and innovate the implementation of regimes and policies and better promote the role of the militia and self-defense forces; effectively organize military recruitment work; and do a good job of mass mobilization work in the area.

At the ceremony, delegates conducted the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the Spring Newspaper Festival, officially opened the exhibition booth and read the Spring Newspaper of the Year of the Tiger 2022, with pages written about the prosperity of Nghe An on the eve of the new year; believing in a peaceful and happy new year.

*CAlso at the Opening Ceremony of the Nghe An Provincial Spring Newspaper Festival 2022, the Steering Committee of the Nghe An Golden Hammer and Sickle Press Award 2021awarding prizes to authors and groups of authorswon the prize for the topic of Party building.

Out of thousands of published and broadcast works, press agencies and authors selected and sent to the organizing committee 126 works in 5 types of journalism: print, electronic, radio, television and photojournalism.

The Jury of the Provincial Golden Hammer and Sickle Award, in the spirit of democracy, objectivity and honesty, unanimously selected 42 outstanding works of various categories to honor and award prizes, including 3 First prizes; 8 Second prizes; 13 Third prizes; 18 Encouragement prizes. At the 2021 National Golden Hammer and Sickle Award, Nghe An was also honored to have works in the final round, including 1 C Prize and 1 Encouragement prize.

According to Nghe An Electricity Company, with 115 villages and hamlets in the remote areas of Quy Chau, Tuong Duong, Ky Son, Que Phong, Quy Hop, Thanh Chuong districts that do not have access to the national grid... the Electricity sector continues to coordinate with authorities at all levels to establish investment projects and urge contractors to speed up construction progress to bring electricity to the remaining villages and hamlets. According to the roadmap, in 2022, 76 more villages and hamlets will be connected to the national grid.
