Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies - attended and directed the congress.

* After 8 days of flooding, Nhon Mai commune has5 bridges swept away by floodwaters.In 21 villages and hamlets, only border guards and police forces have been able to reach them to provide initial support.

* Following the flooding caused by the remnants of Typhoon No. 3, there ishundreds of hectares of summer-autumn riceThe land of the people in Tri Le and Chau Tien communes (Nghe An province) has been completely buried in mud. The fields, once lush and full of hope for a bountiful harvest, are now completely ruined.

* After the historic flood swept through Tuong Duong commune, Nghe An province, hundreds of motorbikes belonging to local residents were submerged in mud and severely damaged. While life after the disaster was still full of difficulties, mechanics volunteered to help.free repairsfor the villagers.

For the past four days, a volunteer team from Hue City has been present at the flood-stricken areas in Nghe An province to...free supportThe villagers provided meals and helped recharge their phones and lights with kindness, hoping to alleviate the difficulties and losses faced by the people.
