Nghe An: Highlights on August 29

*SOn August 29, 254 delegates, representing more than 10,300 party members of 67 grassroots party organizations attended.Congress of Nghi Loc District Party Committee29th term, 2020 - 2025 term.

With the theme: “Building a clean and strong Party and political system; Promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; Effectively exploiting potentials and advantages, in the 2020-2025 term, Nghi Loc district strives to become one of the fastest and comprehensively developing districts of the province. *PCongress directive song, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council praised the great results that the Party Committee and people of Nghi Loc district have achieved in the past term. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also said that the tasks set for the Party Committee and people of Nghi Loc in the 2020 - 2025 term are very heavy and enormous. He suggested that Nghi Loc district needs to develop and complete the planning taking into account close connection, interconnection, and articulation with Vinh city, Cua Lo town associated with the Southern Nghe An - Northern Ha Tinh region, in order to promote advantages to achieve the goal of becoming a district with fast and comprehensive development.

*SOn August 29, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union coordinatedProgram Organization“Steps for the community” phase 2 at Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City) and at the centers of districts, cities and towns across the province.

Following the success of stage 1, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union continues to implement the walking and running program "Steps for the community" stage 2 from August 29 to September 23, 2020.

The program was organized by the Provincial Youth Union, with provincial points at Ho Chi Minh Square and in the centers of districts, cities and towns, attracting nearly 2,000 members and youth union members to participate.

Of which, Math and Chemistry scores are 10 points, Biology scores are 9 points.

Khanh Duy shared that to get the maximum score in the exams, in addition to reviewing the knowledge in class, it is necessary to do many exercises and learn a lot of advanced knowledge. In particular, when doing the test, you must quickly do the easy questions, then spend time researching and understanding the difficult questions, which are classified in order to get the maximum score.

*TThe coastal route through Nghe An province is part of the overall coastal road planning approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 129/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2010. The Department of Transport is making efforts to implement the construction, striving to open the route in the first quarter of 2021.

Coastal Road Projectfrom Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) to Cua Lo (Nghe An) - the section from the intersection of National Highway 46 to Provincial Road 535 has a route length of 7.422 km, the starting point intersects with National Highway 46, Nghi Loc district; the end point intersects with Provincial Road 535, Cua Lo town; designed according to the standards of a grade III plain road (TCVN 4054-2005).

The roadbed is 12m wide; the road surface is 7m wide; each side is reinforced with 2m of pavement with the same structure as the road surface; the project is on a permanent route, load capacity H30 - XB80; calculated speed is 80 km/h. Total investment is 521 billion VND, of which: Central budget is 260.156 billion VND, provincial budget is 260.844 billion VND.

*CMr. An of Do Luong district (Nghe An) has just issued thedecision to prosecute the case, prosecuted 03 defendants Vu Van Phan (born 1996), residing in Soc Son district, Hanoi city; Truong Anh Quan (born 2001), residing in Tam Thanh commune, Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh province and Nguyen Van Huan (born 1994), residing in Dai Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province for theft of property.

The subjects confessed that at the end of July 2020, Vu Van Phan, Nguyen Van Huan, and Truong Anh Quan discussed going to Nghe An to steal buffaloes. They assigned Huan to find a place to steal, Quan to prepare a truck to transport the buffaloes, and Phan to find a buyer.

On August 22, 2020, Quan and Huan from Nam Dinh province entered Dai Son commune to steal 06 buffaloes from Mr. Nguyen Khac Thanh and brought them to Nam Dinh province. While in the process of buying and selling 04 buffaloes, they were arrested by Do Luong district police. The remaining 02 buffaloes were successfully sold by the subjects for 62 million VND and were also seized by the police. Do Luong district police have seized all 06 buffaloes and continue to investigate and expand the case.
