*COn the afternoon of June 4, Vinh City Party Committee leaders organizedawarding 75 and 70 year Party badgesfor party members in Ha Huy Tap ward. In block 11 of Ha Huy Tap ward, comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee came to the house to present the 75-year Party badge to party member Pham Phuc. Comrade Pham Phuc joined the Party on May 15, 1946, officially on August 16, 1946.

In the afternoon of the same day, at the cultural house of block 17, Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh City Party Secretary awarded the 70-year Party membership badge to two senior party members, Le Van Qua and Pham Thi Kim Ngan.

*SJune 4, the working delegation of the provinceinspect forest fire prevention and fighting work(PCCCR) in the two districts of Dien Chau and Nghi Loc. At the scene, the working group acknowledged the PCCCR preparations of the two districts of Dien Chau and Nghi Loc, and at the same time requested that in hot weather, the districts need to step up propaganda work on PCCCR to each citizen, and strictly maintain the on-duty command regime throughout the hot season. *TDuring the peak of hot weather accompanied by scorching Lao winds, many green vegetable areas in Nghe An localities lacked water and were burned to death. The whole province has about 34,000 hectares of vegetables of all kinds, mainly concentrated in Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, Do Luong, Thanh Chuong and Vinh City. The heat and burning of vegetables have causedincrease in vegetable prices on the market3-5 times higher than normal.

*SOn June 4, in Vinh City, the Vietnam Children's Fund coordinated with units and businesses to organizeprogram "Journey of Life"2020 and gave bicycles and life insurance contracts to disadvantaged children in the province.

This is the 7th consecutive year that the "Journey of Life" program has been held in Nghe An. To date, more than 1,300 bicycles and 20 free insurance contracts have been given to disadvantaged children in the province through the events.
