Nghe An issues citizen identification cards even during holidays

According to data from the Provincial Police Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, up to now the whole province has completed the application for grantingcitizen identification cardMicrochips were installed on more than 1.3 million citizens, out of a total of more than 2.6 million people to be completed.
Colonel Luong The Loc - Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of the Provincial Police, said: Nghe An is one of 10 provinces and cities selected as a focus point for direction, must issue 50% of citizen identification cards before April 30. Thus, up to now, Nghe An has completed the required progress.

Therefore, people need to proactively grasp the schedule for issuing CCCD at the police stations of districts, cities and towns to arrange a reasonable time. During the procedure, each person needs to comply with all instructions of the officers and soldiers in issuing CCCD, as well as strictly implement measures to prevent and control the epidemic.

It is known that in addition to Vinh City Police, the police of districts and towns are responsible for issuing citizen identification cards to local people. The Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of the Provincial Police also arranges forces to support local police, especially in densely populated areas, to complete the set goals early.
Procedures citizens need to present when coming to make citizen identification:
- When citizens come to apply for a CCCD, they need to present: Family register, ID card or CCCD.
- In case of changes in citizen information, other legal documents must be presented such as: Birth certificate, decision of judicial authority to prove the change in citizen information.
- In case a citizen has not been issued an ID card/CCCD, in addition to the family register, a birth certificate must be presented.
