Nghe An organizes joint training and drills for reserve mobilization forces
On the morning of March 11, the Provincial Military Command held a conference to coordinate training, drills, inspections, and mobilization of reserve forces in 2025.

Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference. Attending the conference were representatives of leaders and commanders of 18 receiving units.
2024,Provincial Military Commandhas done a good job of advising, issuing documents directing and guiding the implementation of training, drills, and checking the readiness to mobilize for the units.local, affiliated units; coordinate with provincial and district levels and receiving units; develop plans to mobilize reserve forces, train, practice, inspect, and direct localities and affiliated units to coordinate and deploy tasks with good quality, in accordance with assigned targets.

Specifically, the Provincial Military Command mobilized 3,975/4,007 reserve soldiers to participate in training and exercises, reaching 99.2%; mobilized and inspected 44 technical vehicles for mobilization readiness, reaching 100%. Policies and regimes for reserve soldiers, families of reserve soldiers and owners of reserve technical vehicles during the period of concentrated training, exercises and inspections are fully ensured in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Mobilization Reserves and related legal documents.
In 2025, Nghe An province was assigned the target of mobilizing, training, practicing, and checking the readiness to mobilize 3,021 reserve soldiers (802 officers and 2,219 non-commissioned officers and soldiers). Of which, the Ministry of National Defense unit has 845 reserve soldiers; the Military Region unit has 983 reserve soldiers; and the provincial unit has 1,193 reserve soldiers. In addition, the province was also assigned to mobilize and check the readiness to mobilize 28 technical vehicles, of which the Ministry of National Defense unit has 14 technical vehicles and the Military Region unit has 14 technical vehicles.

Up to this point, the Provincial Military Command has fully grasped the directive documents of all levels; agreed on the content of the minutes of coordination between localities and units at all levels; directed and closely coordinated with localities on targets, subjects, time, locations for training, drills, and mobilization readiness checks; reviewed, supplemented, and arranged the appointment of command and management positions, ensuring the number of troops according to the establishment; issued cards and fully prepared documents before entering training.
