At the scene, two young men were lying next to the rear wheel of a truck traveling in the same direction. One person died on the spot, the othercriticaland was taken to the Northwest Hospital for emergency care.
Witnesses said the two young men were residents of Nghia Tien commune (Thai Hoa town).
