Nghe An honors collectives and individuals who won prizes in the contest to learn about administrative procedure control

On the morning of August 20, the Provincial People's Committee held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the online contest "Learning about administrative procedure control activities and providing and using public services" on the Nghe An Provincial Electronic Information Portal in 2020.

According to the organizers' assessment, the contest took place enthusiastically for 4 weeks, from June 15 to July 13, 2020. At the end of the contest, the whole province had 172/211 units and localities participating in the contest (accounting for 81.51%), with 684,747 entries (2.8 times more than in 2019), of which 493,091 entries achieved the maximum score (15/15 points) (accounting for 72%) (In 2019, the percentage of entries achieving the maximum score was only 41.34%).

Some agencies, units and localities have effectively implemented the exam with a high number of exams such as: Provincial Police (71,902 exams), Department of Health (40,559 exams), Department of Transport (6,514 exams), Department of Culture and Sports (4,820 exams), Department of Education and Training (2,230 exams), Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs (2,103 exams); Nghia Dan District (110,934 exams), Vinh City (92,974 exams), Thai Hoa Town (25,763 exams), Con Cuong District (16,268 exams), Tan Ky District (14,389 exams), Dien Chau District (10,954 exams)...

However, some units have not proactively promoted and disseminated the contest to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, so some agencies and units have few or no contestants.

A group of contestants answered questions roughly and roughly, participated in a few rounds to have an entry, the quality of the entries was not high.

The contest is a large-scale legal activity across the province, attracting a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers of agencies, units and people from all walks of life in the province to participate.

The success of the Contest is not only reflected in the quantity and quality of entries, but more importantly, the Contest has created a movement to learn about the law on administrative procedure control and the provision and use of public services, with new enthusiasm.

The contest aims to raise awareness and understanding of officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in the province when carrying out administrative procedures, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management, reducing time and finance for individuals and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 5 Collective Prizes to the following units: Vinh City, Provincial Police, Nghia Dan District, Thai Hoa Town, Department of Health and awarded Weekly Prizes to 4 units: Vinh City, Department of Health, Con Cuong District and Nghia Dan District.
