Accordingly, at the time, a cargo truck with a Lao license plate (license plate unknown), while going from Dien Hong Industrial Park to the main road, due to carelessness, ran over and killed Nguyen Van Loc (4 years old), son of Nguyen Van Nam and Nguyen Thi Nguyet, residing in Trung Thanh hamlet, Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district (Nghe An).
Upon receiving the news, Dien Chau district police and Dien Hong commune quickly arrived to protect the scene and investigate the cause of the incident.
