Witnesses said: at the above time, truck BS 37S 0984 was parked on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong commune, when it was hit by truck BS 73C 04562 traveling from Hanoi to Vinh at high speed. The collision was so strong that both vehicles flipped into the field, the driver of truck BS 37S 0984 was seriously injured in the abdomen, his intestines spilled out, causing serious traffic congestion.
