Nghe An handles over 1,400 traffic violations during the holidays
(Baonghean.vn) - During the 5-day holiday, Nghe An Traffic Police recorded 1,443 cases; revoked 268 driving licenses; detained 32 cars; 471 motorbikes; and 6 other vehicles.
According to the report of the Traffic Police Department (Nghe An Police), during the 5-day holiday from April 30 to May 1, there was 1 railway traffic accident in Nghe An province, damaging 1 car. Compared to the same period, there were 2 fewer accidents, 3 fewer deaths, and 4 fewer injuries.
The Traffic Police force organized 485 patrols and controls with the participation of 2,192 officers and soldiers, recorded 1,443 cases; fined 601 cases, paid nearly 1.3 billion VND to the State budget; revoked driving licenses of 268 cases; detained: 32 cars; 471 motorbikes; 6 other vehicles.
