On November 28, Mr. Phan Van Hieu, Chief of Police of Hamlet 17, Nghia Trung Commune (Nghia Dan District) said that a tragic incident had just occurred in the area. That was at around 3:00 p.m. on November 27, Mr. Cao Van Cuong (born in 1989, Hamlet 17, Nghia Trung Commune) and his daughter Cao Tran Truc Vi (born in 2013) were found dead at their home. Immediately, the hamlet authorities reported the incident to the authorities to resolve the matter.

The victim's family and relatives were shocked by the sudden passing of the father and son.

At the scene, victim Cao Van Cuong was found dead hanging from a tree. Cao Tran Truc Vi was found dead in a water tank about 2 meters away from where Cuong died. Along with that was a suicide note left by the victim stating that due to business losses and depression, he committed suicide. At the same time, he apologized to his relatives and everyone.

It is known that recently Mr. Cuong has shown unusual behavior such as: being quiet, depressed due to business losses.

Currently, the police of Nghia Dan district (Nghe An) are continuing to investigate the case.
