Beautiful girl suspected of being murdered in Laos
A Hue girl is suspected of being murdered at her residence in the capital Vientiane. The Vietnamese Embassy in Laos has asked Lao authorities to investigate.
On the morning of February 26, Mr. Nguyen Truong Chinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Thanh Commune (Phu Vang District, Thua Thien-Hue Province) confirmed that the body of victim Huynh Thi Thanh Truyen (22 years old, from village 4, Vinh Thanh Commune) had been brought back to her hometown by relatives to hold the funeral.

Previously, female citizen Thanh Truyen was suspected of being murdered at her residence in the capital Vientiane (Laos). Currently, the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos has requested Lao authorities to investigate and arrest the perpetrator, and at the same time support the victim's family in completing procedures to bring Truyen's body back to Vietnam.
According to the leaders of Vinh Thanh Commune People's Committee, Truyen's family situation is quite difficult. Four years ago, Truyen went to Laos to do business with the sisters at a hair salon that the three sisters opened.
Mr. Do Thanh Son, Secretary of Vinh Thanh Commune Party Committee, also said: "From our investigation, the work at Truyen's shop is very favorable because there are many customers, but we do not know why he was killed. Currently, our commune has come home to visit and offer condolences to the family."
According to some information shared by friends on the victim Thanh Truyen's personal Facebook, Truyen's shop was broken into at night, and while discovering it, Truyen was stabbed to death by the robber in the early morning of February 18./.
