Nghi Loc: Enforcing the inventory of compensation for land acquisition and clearance for Nghi Thiet Petroleum Depot project
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 8, the Nghi Loc District Compensation and Site Clearance Council organized a compulsory inventory to compensate for the land clearance of the DKC Petroleum Depot project for Mr. Nguyen Van Xa's household.

The DKC Petroleum Depot Project currently has land plot number 14, map sheet number 01, area 645m22used by Mr. Nguyen Van Xa's family in Tan Long hamlet, Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc has not been handed over.
Previously, Mr. Xa's family did not agree with the compensation price for land and assets on the land that the State had prescribed, nor did they agree with the resettlement policy for the family. Since then, Mr. Xa's family has not agreed to let the District Compensation Council carry out tasks such as: preparing inventory records, approving compensation plans according to regulations.
Pursuant to Decision No. 1135/QD-UBND dated June 4, 2018 of Nghi Loc District People's Committee, on the morning of June 8, the District Compensation and Site Clearance Council organized a compulsory inventory of land plot No. 14 used by Mr. Xa's family.

The inventory aims to determine the land area and assets on the land to establish a compensation plan for site clearance according to the provisions of law.
The compulsory counting process took place publicly, witnessed by Mr. Xa's family representative, as well as the Fatherland Front, unions of Nghi Loc district and Nghi Thiet commune.
