Ukrainian MP Goncharenko said that Foreign Minister Kuleba was "handed a pen" to submit his resignation, but there is currently no official information about this.

According to TASS news agency, Ukrainian parliamentarian Alexei Goncharenko said that the country's Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba "was given paper and pen" to submit his resignation.
“The next one is Dmitry Kuleba. They gave him paper and pen. We are waiting,” he wrote on the Telegram channel.
On September 3, Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk confirmed that three of the country's ministers had submitted their resignations, including: Minister of Strategic Industry Oleksandr Kamyshin, Minister of Justice Denys Maliuska and Minister of Environment Ruslan Strilets.
Among them, Minister Kamyshin has attracted the most attention. Reuters described him as the man who has spearheaded Ukraine's efforts to increase domestic production of weapons, from attack drones to long-range missiles.
Amid the wave of resignations of ministers, Ukrainian media also once again reported that the dismissal of Foreign Minister Kuleba is being prepared. Although in the Ukrainian parliament, even during the day, his name was mentioned among the candidates for dismissal. However, at present, there is no official report about Mr. Kuleba's application.
The departure of three ministers on September 3 added to the instability of the Ukrainian government, bringing the number of vacant ministerial seats to five.
