(Baonghean.vn) - To limit the situation of abandoned land, causing waste, Nghia Dan district has tightened land management, increased the area of ​​land auctions, thereby creating a large source of revenue for the local budget.

In the past 10 months, Nghia Dan district has completed the land auction target, estimated to achieve 54 billion VND in 2017, reaching 110% of the ordinance revenue.

According to the report of the Land Use Rights Registration Office of Nghia Dan district, since the beginning of the year, the district has planned and successfully auctioned 224 land lots; of which 50 are in the planning area of ​​Nghia Dan town; 9 residential land lots in Nghia Trung commune; 39 residential land lots in Nghia Tan commune; 31 residential land lots in Nghia Duc commune; 24 residential land lots in Nghia Binh commune; 17 residential land lots in Nghia Son commune and 18 residential land lots in Nghia Hong commune. The total amount paid to the State budget is more than 51 billion VND.

At the same time, land use right certificates were issued to 538 households and individuals. Currently, the District People's Committee is publicly preparing for auctions in 2 communes: Nghia Hoi and Nghia Loc with 48 and is expected to hold auctions in the above 2 communes at the end of November.

According to Mr. Le Viet Phu - Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nghia Dan district, the Office will closely coordinate with local authorities to review surplus land funds and land funds suitable for residential planning to guide people and convert land use purposes according to regulations. Develop a specific plan on the order and time for handling records, land recovery procedures, and clearance and leveling of residential land funds to organize auctions.

Nghia Dan's successful land auction is due to the plots being suitable for people with average incomes with areas from 220 - 400m2; the price of many plots is from 350,000 to 3 million VND/m2, the lowest price is 70 million VND/plot, so it is suitable for many people who want to buy land. In addition, the starting price is close to the market price.

The order and procedures for registering to buy documents, information about land plots, etc. are posted publicly and transparently for people to learn and make decisions. These are also extremely important conditions to help the district successfully organize land auctions.

Currently, in Nghia Dan district, there are 16 households and individuals using residential land that was illegally allocated from July 1, 2004 to before July 1, 2014 and have documents proving that they have paid money to use the land.

Nghia Dan District has directed communes and towns to review and guide households and individuals using the above land to declare and register land in accordance with regulations. However, due to difficulties in handling the responsibilities of those who allocate land without authority according to regulations in Clause 2, Article 18, Circular 02/2015/TT-BTNMT dated January 27, 2015, these cases have not yet been granted certificates.

In addition, the unit coordinates with the District Tax Department and localities to urge organizations and individuals to pay the land auction winning money into the budget, as a basis for the district's functional branches to soon complete the procedures for granting land use right certificates for the auction winning land lots.
