Research on the effective implementation of the project of a general service office at the Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of April 12, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee worked with the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office to evaluate the performance of the first quarter and deploy key tasks for the second quarter of 2018. In the first quarter, the Provincial Party Committee's committees and Office actively implemented work plans to promptly respond to the leadership and direction requirements of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's committees and Office have done a good job of advising on the organization of major events of the country and the province such as: Celebrating the 88th anniversary of the Party's founding and welcoming the Mau Tuat New Year 2018; Celebrating major holidays and historical events...

The committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office also coordinated to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to issue Plan No. 111-KH/TU, dated January 2, 2018, on implementing the Resolution of the 6th Conference of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient".

The Provincial Party Committee's committees and Office have advised on the transfer and separation of party organizations; implemented Resolution 39-NQ/TW dated April 17, 2015 and Conclusion No. 17-KL/TW dated September 11, 2017 of the Politburo on streamlining the payroll and restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees; advised on solving problems arising from the grassroots level;...

Concluding the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son highly appreciated the positivity, proactiveness and quality of advice to the Standing Provincial Party Committee of the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office with a huge workload.

Especially in the first quarter, the program "Tet for the poor" and social security issues were ensured; celebrations and regular activities were focused on and organized effectively; economic indicators were outstanding compared to previous years.

Regarding the tasks of the second quarter of 2018, emphasizing the core tasks of Party building, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son noted that leaders of departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office need to focus on reviewing the 5-year implementation of Resolution 26 - NQ/TW of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for developing Nghe An province until 2020; continue to implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th term) and Directive 05 - CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Emphasizing the determination to implement Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (12th tenure), including the Project on reorganizing Party Committee offices to serve the general advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that it be thoroughly surveyed and researched for effective implementation.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also requested the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office to continue to strengthen inspection, supervision, and anti-corruption; review and grasp the situation related to internal affairs, especially in the fields of border security, sea routes, religion, economic security, cyber security, etc.
