In the first few years, the company produced roofing tiles with designs similar to Chinese tiles with certain limitations such as beveled corners, the roofing process required high precision so it took a lot of time; during use there were phenomena of leaks and water shock. Faced with the above situation, as a former construction company, the company's staff struggled to research and find a new type of tile product that could overcome the above weaknesses.

Nearly 2 years with the participation of leading experts in the field of material production, by the end of 2014, the Queen tile product was born, overcoming the limitations of old-style tiles when not only having a beautiful, modern design, easy to construct and the roofing process has high precision. Whether it is wooden or steel batten, the roofing is easy to construct.

However, due to high investment and production costs, Queen tiles have a quite high price (from 280,000 - 300,000 VND/m2, depending on color) and are only suitable for high-income housing segments such as resort villas, resorts... To overcome this disadvantage, in parallel with the production of high-end ceramic tiles, the company continues to invest in research to launch a new line of ceramic tiles suitable for the income of the majority of people.

After a period of testing, the "affordable" tile line called Phuong Hoang has brought quite a success. With a price of 155,000 - 165,000 VND/m2, equal to 3/5 of the price of Nu Hoang tiles, but Phuong Hoang tiles still retain the characteristics of ceramic tiles with high quality and durability (although the appearance is not as beautiful), so it is very popular with people.

Mr. Le Xuan Dat - Director of Trung Do Granite Factory shared: During the process of investing in technology and products, the company could have produced cheaper tiles, but for the sake of consumers and its reputation, the company chose to produce products with higher quality, higher prices and greater investment costs.

In particular, ceramic tiles also have the advantage of being easy to cover, warm in winter, cool in summer and can withstand storms, rainwater collected from the tiled roof can be used.

In addition to the above factors, with basic production materials selected from Nghe An and operated on a brick production line using Italian technology, the quality of ceramic tiles is not inferior to similar products and the price is only half.

Before the establishment of Trung Do Joint Stock Company, most of the high-quality ceramic tiles were imported from Thailand and China, so the price was quite high. Currently, Trung Do Joint Stock Company is the only domestic company that can produce Nu Hoang ceramic tiles. Therefore, the company's products not only dominate the market of Nghe An, Ha Tinh and some other provinces, but also export to some neighboring countries.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan said: Currently, along with continuing to improve to produce strong products such as granite, ceramic or phoenix tiles, the company is preparing an investment project for a factory specializing in the production of ceramic tiles in Nam Cam Industrial Park.
