Buying heroin to process at home, Ha mixed powders and chemicals to "magically" turn one cake into two, selling it for hundreds of millions of dong.

On January 5, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (PC47, Ho Chi Minh City Police) arrested Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha (37 years old) to investigate the act of illegal possession and trafficking of drugs.
Previously, detectives discovered a drug supply line to a series of agents in Saigon. The amount the woman supplied was up to a brick of heroin each time.
When Ha was driving a motorbike, carrying drugs to deliver through Vuon Chuoi market (District 3), she was stopped and arrested. Searching her house in Go Vap district and Binh Duong province, the police seized two 700g heroin cakes, many mixing, pressing, weighing machines and more than 10kg of white powder...

Ha confessed to buying heroin from strangers for 240 million VND each time, then bringing it home to process, mixing different powders to "magically" turn it into two cakes to sell retail, making a profit of over 100 million VND. She had successfully sold many cases.
