Nghe An people rush to move property, harvest agricultural products, and brace themselves against storm No. 5

Faced with information about storm No. 5 with fierce winds, 5-7m high waves and heavy rain, Nghe An people are urgently and busily evacuating, reinforcing and protecting their properties to minimize damage when the storm hits.
