Man arrested for impersonating police lieutenant colonel
Dressed in a fake police uniform and wandering around a residential area in Binh Phuoc, a man from Quang Binh was arrested by the police.

Previously, Tan Xuan Ward Police, Dong Xoai Town, while on patrol, discovered Ngan wearing a police uniform with the rank of lieutenant colonel wandering around a residential area.Seeing many suspicious signs, theyinvited this "lieutenant colonel" to work at the headquarters.

Ngan admitted to impersonating a police officer but has not given a motive.has no stable job and has two previous convictions for theft of property.
