(Baonghean.vn) – At around 8:00 p.m. on January 1, people walking on Ben Thuy Bridge (Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City) were shocked to see a man climb up the bridge railing and jump into the river to commit suicide.

According to initial information, at the above time, some people were walking on Ben Thuy bridge when they saw a man standing close to the bridge railing and then suddenly climbed up the bridge, jumped into Lam river, so they reported it to local authorities.

Upon receiving the news, Ben Thuy Ward Police quickly arrived at the scene to coordinate with the victim's family to search for the victim's body. The victim's identity was identified as Doan Van Hung (born in 1976), residing in Nghi Phong Commune, Nghi Loc District.

According to Hung's relatives, there have been many family conflicts recently, so Hung has had many negative thoughts. Maybe that's why he thought of suicide.

As of 1:00 a.m. on January 2, Mr. Hung's family was still actively searching for his body.
