Accordingly, at around 8:00 a.m. on October 16, in Sen 3 hamlet, Kim Lien commune, Nguyen L. (born in 1987) and three friends in the hamlet invited each other to go fish in the ponds in the hamlet. At that moment, L. was struck by lightning. Seeing this, the people who went with him quickly took him to the emergency room but it was too late.
