Man died while pumping water at lake

According to initial verification, at around 5:30 p.m. on June 28, Mr. LVL (born in 1993, residing in Quang Thanh hamlet, Huong Son commune) went to the edge of Dong Vanh dam, intending to pump water from the lake to bathe the pigs.
However, the water pump was not working, so Mr. L. probably repaired the pump. While repairing the machine, he was electrocuted.
About 30 minutes later, Mr. L's wife passed by and was shocked to find him lying in the lake, next to the water pump.
Although he was given first aid by medical staff and local people, he did not survive./.
