Ms. Thao ran into a food stall in the market and grabbed a knife about 40cm long. She swung the knife and attacked, injuring a security guard, then continued to run away.
After a while, Ms. Thao returned, this time holding a knife in one hand and a syringe in the other, threatening the civil defense force, not allowing them to come closer. When approaching and struggling with Ms. Thao, 3 other civil defense forces were also attacked and injured by her with knives.
The forces at the scene restrained and escorted Ms. Thao to the ward police station for clarification. Initially, Ms. Thao also admitted to being infected with “H”.
