Sources confirm traces of Ukraine in the 'Nord Stream' explosion
(Baonghean.vn) - Informed sources confirmed that there are traces proving Ukraine's involvement in the Nord Stream explosion, but there is no evidence of Russia's involvement in this incident, ZDF and Germany's Spiegel wrote.

"There is growing evidence that the Nord Stream pipeline attacks may have been carried out by criminals linked to Ukraine. Officially, the federal prosecutor's office continues its investigation into unidentified people. However, according to ZDF Frontal and Spiegel, people familiar with the investigation say there is a particularly convincing trail leading to Ukraine. There is no credible evidence that the suspects are from Russia," ZDF wrote.
It should be noted that the investigation still links the gas pipeline explosions to the Andromeda yacht. "There is information that the group was in Ukraine before and after the explosion in the Baltic Sea. The technical data that the agents were able to study indicates this. Spiegel and ZDF learned about this from special services," ZDF added.
Germany has not taken any additional measures to protect Nord Stream in 2022, despite warnings about the possibility of a terrorist attack, media reports said.
Earlier, it was reported that Dutch military intelligence was informed that a group of six people linked to Ukraine were preparing to attack a gas pipeline. The Dutch side passed the information to the CIA and the US informed the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND). It is believed that the attack could have taken place in June last year.
"Because the period mentioned by the whistleblower has passed and no attack has occurred, Germany will not take any additional measures to protect the pipeline in 2022, ZDF and Spiegel learned about this through the secret services," ZDF wrote./.
