Mr. Nguyen Hong Thieu, Head of the Huoi Tu Road Management Department, said that as soon as the landslides appeared, the department sent people to put up warning signs to warn traffic participants to ensure safety, and at the same time sent a report to the company to promptly come up with a solution. However, according to Mr. Thieu, because the landslides were too severe, they had to wait for higher-level authorities to handle them.
