Nguyen Cong Phuong:I am a person who always has a clear distinction between family and career. Although I am married, it does not affect my career because Phuong has to balance the two issues.

Nguyen Cong Phuong:When hearing the news that spectators could enter the stadium to cheer, Phuong and the whole team were very excited because it had been a long time since the team had played at home and had spectators. That was a source of motivation for Phuong and the whole team to try their best and show their abilities.
PV: After four matches, although the Vietnamese team has not yet scored any points, it is still highly appreciated for its spirit and fighting spirit. Can Phuong share the team's goals for the next two matches at home?
Nguyen Cong Phuong:The whole team has tried very hard in the last two matches and in the next two matches we will have to try our best to try to get points.
PV: Coach Park Hang-Seo is with the Vietnam U23 team participating in the U23 Asia qualifiers. How is the team's training in Hanoi going?
Nguyen Cong Phuong:Currently, Coach Park Hang-Seo's assistants are still with the team. The players are also working hard to practice together in Hanoi.
