French political scientist: No one believes in Ukraine's success
French political scientist commented that President Putin has won the conflict in Ukraine, and no one believes in Ukraine's success.

According to RIA Novosti, French political scientist Pascal Boniface commented that Russian President Vladimir Putin has won in Ukraine and no country believes in the success of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the battlefield.
“For President Putin, the situation is becoming a little clearer. Putin has consolidated his position on the battlefield, and as I said before, no one believes in a Ukrainian victory, really no one believes in it. Ukraine is not capable of using military means to regain control of the territories that have been under Russian control since 2022,” the French political scientist said.
According to Mr. Boniface, Russia will also succeed on the international stage if right-wing parties in Europe and Mr. Donald Trump in the US come to power. Mr. Boniface also believes that the victory of the leader of the right-wing National Rally party Jordan Bardella in France will seriously affect Paris's policy towards Ukraine.
Political scientist Boniface believes that, formally, support for Kiev will remain at the current level, but in reality France will not only reduce financial resources pumped into the Kiev government, but also reduce the supply of military equipment and weapons.
Russia has repeatedly proposed a peaceful resolution of the conflict with Ukraine. Therefore, President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly noted that, in order to begin negotiations, Ukraine must withdraw its troops from all territories annexed to Russia, including Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye.
According to President Putin, as soon as Kiev agrees to this condition, hostilities will cease. In addition, Kiev must abandon plans to join NATO - Moscow needs a neutral, non-aligned, nuclear-free status for Ukraine.
However, Ukrainian President Zelensky rejected these proposals, calling them an “ultimatum”.
