White House asked to cite Russia's experience in 'breaking' US weapons in Ukraine
US lawmakers have written to the president's national security adviser saying that the methods Russia uses to "break" US weapons "have likely been transferred" to China.

According to TASS on July 16, the US House of Representatives Special Committee on China asked the White House to provide information about Russia's experience in "breaking" US weapons on the battlefield in Ukraine.
In a letter to national security adviser Jake Sullivan, lawmakers worried that Russia was transferring that expertise to China.
The letter makes clear that this also applies to Russian measures in the field of electronic warfare aimed at countering precision-guided warfare of US weapons.
The commission stressed that the United States “should act on the basis that Russia is providing China with information about vulnerabilities in US and allied weapons, as well as methods to counter them.”
Lawmakers say Russia is demonstrating “alarming levels of adaptation” that are undermining the effectiveness of some US weapons.
In the final statement of the annual NATO summit in Washington released on July 10, it was stressed that the development of strategic cooperation between Moscow and Beijing is a matter of deep concern for the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance.
