Identifying and fighting against the distorted arguments about Ho Chi Minh's process of finding a way to save the country
(Baonghean.vn) - The process of finding a way to save the country was the process of testing and exploring theories drawn from the practical struggles in capitalist and developed countries in the world, especially the issue of liberating colonial peoples.
1. Multi-component anti-destruction
Thosedistortion, anti-Ho Chi Minh appeared quite early. But after the success of the August Revolution in 1945, the anti-Ho Chi Minh movement became more intense. The main subjects of the anti-Ho Chi Minh movement were imperialism and international reactionary forces; reactionary Vietnamese organizations and individuals abroad; opportunists and politically dissatisfied people in the country; people with low or distorted political awareness or because of greed for fame and profit.
In the plot to distort and sabotage Ho Chi Minh, there are arguments related to the strategy and goals of anti-communism in general; there are arguments of imperialism and international reactionary forces; there are arguments for personal purposes, mainly economic interests; there are arguments for personal political motives; there are reactionary organizations and individuals of Vietnamese people abroad; there are opportunists, politically dissatisfied, with low political awareness, deviant or greedy for fame and profit in the country.
Their content focuses on distorting and denying Ho Chi Minh's biography, career, ideology, morality, and legacy. This includes distorting and denying the significance of Ho Chi Minh's activities in finding a way to save the country, distorting his motives for going to the West in 1911, and his personal relationships with international organizations and politicians.

2. Enough tricks to distort and slander
To distort Ho Chi Minh's motives for going to the West in 1911, they relied on the key evidence thatApplication to Colonial Schoolwhich he sent to the President and the Minister of French Colonies on September 15, 1911. They used that as an excuse to argue, distorting it in an absurd way, claiming that Ho Chi Minh initially followed his father's wish to study and later become an official of the Nguyen Dynasty, but later his hope was not fulfilled because Nguyen Sinh Sac lost his position, so he sought an opportunity to go to France with the "dream of becoming an official for the French colonialists". When "he was rejected, he had no choice but to venture out to make a living, without having time to think about the country"; "he went to the Soviet Union to study in the hope of having a job with a monthly salary, not for the Vietnamese revolution". They also made up the story that: "The Communist International and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union assessed Ho Chi Minh's ability as below average, unprofessional in his work, lacking revolutionary spirit, not focusing on work but dating other men and women"...
From the distortions about the motives for going to the West to find a way to save the country, the reactionary and hostile forces distorted Ho Chi Minh's personal relationships with organizations and politicians in his journey to find a way to save the country. The argument they often spread was: "Ho Chi Minh sold Phan Boi Chau to France in 1925 to receive money and create convenience in building prestige and expanding communism in Ho Chi Minh's country". They also made false accusations that "in the process of finding a way to save the country and carrying out revolutionary activities, Ho Chi Minh used a pseudonym and pen name that was the name of a foreigner, showing that he was serving foreign countries, not for the Vietnamese revolution". They falsely accused and condemned Ho Chi Minh after the August Revolution of 1945 for "eliminating" members of the Nationalist Party, Dai Viet, Duy Dan, Phuc Quoc, Trotskyist parties, and religions: Catholicism, Protestantism, Cao Dai, Hoa Hao.
They fabricated events, numbers, and times with “horrifying” and “horrifying” details and blatantly accused Ho Chi Minh of “crimes” against the nation and people. They accused him of being a reactionary with the biggest “crime” being “leading the Vietnamese revolution to follow communism leading to the war with France (1945-1954) and the US (1954-1975)”; “Ho Chi Minh followed Marxism-Leninism, contributed to building a world of great unity, without a Fatherland, monopolized resistance, and killed tens of thousands of Vietnamese patriots”.
3. Arguments from history
Readers are very indignant and of course national history cannot forgive those who have betrayed the country and harmed the people and have the heart to distort and defame the life, career, ideology and contributions of Mr.Ho Chi Minhfor the Vietnamese revolution. History still records enough evidence to prove Ho Chi Minh's contributions to the Vietnamese revolution and the cause of peace and progress of humanity, which are:
(1) Since the French colonial invasion, the Vietnamese people have been living under the increasingly miserable rule and oppression of imperialism and feudalism, so they have risen up in many struggles. However, the struggles and revolutions from the second half of the 19th century to before the founding of the Party demonstrated the continuation of our nation's heroic tradition of fighting against foreign invaders, but they failed one after another due to the lack of a correct line, a strong organization, and a lack of a vanguard force, "the situation was so dark that there was no way out."[1]The country urgently needs a way to save the country.both national liberation and class liberation.
(2) Leader Ho Chi Minh met that demand of the Vietnamese people. To do that, he had to face many hardships, go to prison and get out of jail, overcome many storms, work to earn a living and learn about current events, have independent thinking, and creatively research step by step:
- Not following the path of his predecessors, because he realized that Phan Chu Trinh's request for the French to carry out reform was "no different from asking the enemy for mercy"; Phan Boi Chau hoped that Japan would help to expel the French, "no different from letting a tiger in through the front door and a leopard in through the back door"; Hoang Hoa Tham directly fought against the French but "still had a feudalistic streak"[2].
- Learn about the French Revolution of 1789 with this map.Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizenand the slogan ""Liberty, equality, fraternity"famous; North American revolution withDeclaration of IndependenceIn 1776, Ho Chi Minh declared the sacred and inviolable human rights, but he found that it did not meet the needs of the Vietnamese people. Because: "Although the American revolution has been successful for more than 150 years, the workers and farmers are still suffering, still worrying about the second revolution", and "the French revolution, like the American revolution, is a capitalist revolution, a revolution that does not go far, in name it is a republic and democracy, but in reality it deprives the workers and farmers, and in reality it oppresses the colonies", "the Annamese revolution should remember these things".[3].

- Finally, Ho Chi Minh found and decided to follow the path of the October Revolution in Russia in 1917 of Lenin - the leader of the world proletariat - who inherited and developed the great legacy of Marx - Engels. Because he realized: 1) "Human history has never had a revolution of such great and profound significance... It is the greatest victory of the working class, of the working people and oppressed nations led by the working class and their vanguard, the Bolshevik Party"[4]. 2) “In the world today, only the Russian revolution has succeeded, and succeeded completely, meaning that the people enjoy true happiness, freedom, and equality, not the false freedom and equality that French imperialism boasts about in Annam.”[5]3) “Nowadays there are many doctrines and many isms, but the most genuine, most certain, and most revolutionary ism is Leninism”, “only socialism and communism can liberate oppressed peoples and working people around the world from slavery”[6].
(3)After finding a suitable path to save the country, Ho Chi Minh promoted the conditions for establishing the Party to lead the revolution to victory. After a period of preparation in theory, organization and cadres, he convened and chaired the Conference to establish the Communist Party of Vietnam in February 1930 in Kowloon - Hong Kong - China, throughBrief outline,Brief Strategy,Program SummaryandBrief regulationsof the Party drafted by Him, defining the fundamental issues of the Vietnamese revolutionary path. History calls it the first Platform of the Party.
Since then, through 91 years of practice with 13 congresses,The Party constantly improves its policies., the appropriate guidelines for each historical period, leading our people to carry out a long and arduous revolutionary struggle, overcoming countless difficulties and challenges and achieving great victories, which are:One isThe victory of the August Revolution in 1945 crushed the domination of French colonialism and feudalism, established the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, and brought our nation into an era of independence and freedom. Two is, the victories of the resistance wars against invaders, culminating in the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu in 1954, the great victory in the spring of 1975, liberating the nation, unifying the country, protecting the Fatherland, and fulfilling international obligations.Third,The victory of the renovation process, carrying out industrialization, modernization and international integration, continues to gradually transition the country to socialism with new, correct awareness and thinking, suitable to Vietnam's reality.
(4) The great victories of our country over the past 91 years are the victories of the strength of national unity in the struggle for independence, freedom, and socialism under the leadership of the Party, of which Ho Chi Minh was the one who initiated, found the way, and led the way. People across the country cherish Ho Chi Minh's contributions, protect the Party, believe in the bright future of the country; strive to compete and contribute to the goal of "A rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization, and steady progress towards socialism."[7]- the path that He has chosen.
It is not simply a contribution to the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland, but also a way to repay gratitude to Ho Chi Minh and counter the distorted, harmful, and treasonous arguments!
