Many solutions to improve the quality of Party cell activities in Yen Thanh

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to improve the capacity, fighting strength and leadership effectiveness of the Party cell, Yen Thanh District Party Committee has just issued Project No. 02/DA-HU (January 28, 2016) on Improving the quality of Party cell activities, period 2015 - 2020.

Yen Thanh District Party Committee currently has 714 Party cells, including 41 grassroots Party cells directly under the District Party Committee and 673 Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committee.

To promote the role of the Party cell in propaganda, mobilization, gathering, education, and persuasion of the masses to implement the Party's guidelines and policies in life, the District Party Committee issued Project No. 02/DA-HU on Improving the quality of Party cell activities, period 2015 - 2020; continue to implement Directive 03 of the Politburo on continuing to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; Central Resolution 4 on "Some urgent issues in current Party building work".

Cadres and party members of the District Agriculture Department regularly stay close to the grassroots to support people in developing production and increasing income.

Synchronous solutions to build clean and strong Party cells; improve leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, contributing to the successful implementation of Party Congress Resolutions at all levels, term 2015 - 2020.

Regarding specific targets, 100% of Party cells and Party cell secretaries prepare monthly meeting content; 40% meet the standards for thematic meeting content. 75% of Party cells implement the process and content of monthly and thematic meetings according to Instruction No. 09/HD-BTCTW of the Central Organizing Committee.
