Attending the Conference were comrades representing the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, and comrades of the Standing Committee of the 19th term, 2023-2028 term.

Comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation chaired the conference.

In the first meeting of the 19th Standing Committee, delegates discussed and agreed to assign specific tasks to the Standing Committee members and Executive Committee members.Provincial Federation of LaborNghe An, term 2023 - 2028. This is an innovation compared to previous terms. At the same time, the format is also innovated to suit the functions and tasks of the trade union organization.

Acknowledging the delegates' comments, comrade Kha Van Tam agreed on the following viewpoint: Assigning tasks to the members of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation is the basis for promoting the role and tasks of each individual, in accordance with the functional position and tasks of each individual. The delegates also discussed and reached a high consensus on the working regulations of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028; the full-term work program of the Inspection Committee and the operating regulations of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028.

Regarding the draft Work Program for the entire term of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028, delegates proposed to add some contents. Notably, the content summarizing the emulation and reward work, summarizing 5 years of implementing Resolution 02 on innovation of trade union activities, Resolutions of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, and consistency in assigning tasks.

The Draft Plan for implementing the study of the Resolution of the 19th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028 was also raised at the conference with 4 topics, forms of study, inspection, supervision and propaganda of the Resolution through an online contest on the Nghe An Trade Union Electronic Information Page.

To put the Resolution into practice, propaganda work needs to be innovated but must ensure substance and effectiveness. Delegates basically agreed with the structure and content, suggested paying attention to the organization method so that the subjects participating in studying the Resolution do not overlap, ensuring that the organization budget is economical but effective, and researching the time to organize the competition more reasonably and appropriately.

Also at the Conference, delegates gave their opinions on the financial autonomy plan for the 2023-2025 period of the Labor Cultural House; Report on the project implementation progress and capital disbursement of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Cultural House project - Phase 1; Report on the public settlement of revenue and expenditure for organizing the congress.
