Nghe An exam cluster has 30,966 candidates registered to take the exam. Unlike previous years, this year's exam is entirely chaired by the Department of Education and Training, organized simultaneously in 21 districts, cities and towns with 61 exam sites and 1,315 exam rooms. Thanks to that, the exam sites are arranged no more than 15 km from the candidate's home, reducing traffic pressure for many exam sites in Vinh city.
