Responding further to the admission to grade 6, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Head of Secondary Education Department - Department of Education and Training said: Based on the direction of the Department, the Departments of Education and Training will develop separate admission plans for schools with the number of applications exceeding the allowed quota and submit them to the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns for approval.

However, the Department's view is that the test to assess capacity must not exceed the Ministry's prescribed program, not put pressure on students, and ensure the assessment of students' ability to apply knowledge acquired during the learning process to solve specific problems.
