He has dark skin, is cute and very adorable. The mothers here love their babies like their own.

Most of the babies' mothers are between 20 and 26 years old, came to the hospital alone, and left after giving birth, leaving the babies behind. Not only were they abandoned at the hospital, but in many cases, they were also abandoned in the fields, in trash cans, in front of pagoda gates... The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Dien Chau district said: In March 2012, a resident of Dien Ky commune discovered two children, a boy and a girl, about 10 days old, abandoned in the village. After that, one child was adopted by a resident of Dien Ngoc commune, and the other child was taken care of by a family in Dien Ky commune.

Abandoned newborns are quite common in our province in particular and the whole country in general. This will create unpredictable consequences affecting the quality of the breed and the quality of human resources in the future. Society is also suffering the consequences of abandoned newborns.
