A group of 'young buffalo' lured the victim to bring his motorbike to exchange and then robbed his phone.
On August 10, My Tu District Police (Soc Trang Province) detained Tran Cong Ti (born 2005); Dao Kien Tri (born 2009); Le Hoang Quy (born 2009), all residing in My Tu District, Soc Trang Province, and Nguyen Van Trong (born 2009), residing in Phung Hiep District, Hau Giang Province, for the crime of "Robbery".
On the afternoon of August 9, through a chat group for exchanging, discussing, and buying and selling motorbikes online, the four subjects texted Mr. Tran Hoang Nhi (born in 1997, residing in Vinh Loi district, Bac Lieu province) to come to Bo Na bridge, Hung Phu commune, My Tu district to exchange motorbikes.

When Nhi arrived at the meeting point, Ti, Tri, Quy, and Trong rode two motorbikes to a small road under the Bo Na bridge. There, they used sticks, knives, and swords to hit and slash Nhi and then stole his phone.
Seeing someone passing by, the subjects quickly fled the scene. Receiving the victim's report, My Tu District Police quickly investigated and arrested the perpetrators. At the police station, the subjects admitted to their crimes.
