Compared to other businesses in Nghi Loc district, the average income of workers at Apex Nghe An Shoe Co., Ltd. is considered high. Many unskilled laborers earn around 10 million VND per month. Le Van Truong (born in 1989), a simple worker in the shoe molding department, earns 12-13 million VND per month. Sharing his experience, Mr. Truong said: “With the stable orders we have now, many workers in the company can achieve a salary like mine, as long as they are diligent, hardworking, and willing to work overtime when needed. With this salary, I can take care of my family and cover my living expenses stably.”

At Apex Nghe An Footwear Co., Ltd., many unskilled workers earn a total income of 12 million VND per month, higher than the monthly salaries of some management and administrative staff. “I’ve been with the company since its early days, starting as an ordinary worker with a modest basic salary. After learning, working hard, and being diligent, I was promoted to team leader by the company leadership,” shared worker Nguyen Thi Men.
Despite having only been in operation for over a year and receiving virtually no seniority allowance, many workers at Gaiwach International Garment Vietnam Co., Ltd. are still confident about their income. Worker Tran Thi Lanh Thuy (born in 2005) shared: “After graduating from high school, I decided to start working immediately and previously worked seasonally at another garment company. Currently, I work in the handicraft department of Gaiwach International Garment Vietnam Co., Ltd., earning 9 million VND or more. For example, in November 2024, my income was 10 million VND/month for 10 hours of work per day, including overtime from 4 PM to 6 PM. As someone who isn't married yet, this income is quite good for me. For those with high skills and production output on the sewing lines, the average income is always 10 million VND/month or more...”

With what is considered an ideal income level in Nghe An province, most workers are satisfied with their current jobs, are always ready to contribute, and want to stay with the company long-term.
Fair treatment and timely recognition.
During the economic recovery phase, in addition to the efforts of workers, adequate wages also come from the State's wage reform policies and fair compensation from businesses.
