My family is also always sympathetic and creates the best conditions for me to go to work.”
Compared to other enterprises in Nghi Loc district, the average income of workers at Apex Nghe An Shoe Company Limited is considered high. Among them, there are many unskilled workers with incomes ranging from 10 million VND/month. As a simple worker in the forming department (shoes), Mr. Le Van Truong (born in 1989) receives a salary of 12 - 13 million VND/month. Sharing his experience, Mr. Truong said: "With stable orders like now, in the company there are many workers who can achieve the same salary as me, just need to be diligent, hard-working and not afraid to work overtime when the company needs. With this salary, I can take care of my family and cover my living expenses in a stable way."

Also at Apex Nghe An Shoe Company, many unskilled workers have a total income of 12 million VND/month, higher than the monthly salary of some management and administrative staff. "I have been with the company since its inception, working my way up from an ordinary worker with a modest basic salary. After a period of learning, effort, and diligence, I was promoted to the position of team leader by the company's leadership," worker Nguyen Thi Men shared.
Although it has only been in operation for over a year, and workers have almost no seniority allowance, many workers at Gaiwach Vietnam International Apparel Co., Ltd. can still be confident about their income. Worker Tran Thi Lanh Thuy (born in 2005) shared: “After graduating from high school, I decided to go to work right away and worked seasonally at another garment company. Currently, I am working in the handicraft department of Gaiwach Vietnam International Apparel Co., Ltd., with a salary of 9 million VND or more. As of November 2024, my income is 10 million VND/month for 10 hours of work per day, including overtime from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Not yet married, such an income is okay for me. For skilled and high-productivity women in the sewing lines, the average income is always 10 million VND/month or more...”.

With an income level considered ideal in Nghe An, most workers and laborers feel satisfied with their current jobs, are always ready to contribute and want to stay with the company for a long time.
Fair treatment, timely recognition
During the economic recovery period, in addition to the efforts of workers and laborers, satisfactory wages also come from the State's wage reform policy and worthy treatment from enterprises.
