Outstanding faces at the Congress of Delegates of Nghe An Youth Union

On the morning of October 3, the 6th Congress of Delegates of the Youth Union of Nghe An province, term 2019 - 2024, officially opened.

Attending the congress were 250 official youth delegates of the Congress who were outstanding cadres and members, representing the solidarity and intelligence of nearly 1 million youths in the whole province gathered at the Vinh City Convention Center.
