Soft voice, logical, convincing, reassuring and trustworthy presentation of issues are the first impressions when meeting Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet (Youth Union of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department), especially she is the owner of "a treasure trove of awards and certificates of merit".

Graduating from university with two excellent degrees in Politics and Law, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet realized her dream of becoming a "law enforcer" at the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department. Starting her work as an enforcement officer, she was assigned to directly organize the enforcement of judgments.

With the advantage of being young and quickly grasping legal documents, Ms. Tuyet is always proactive in finding the best solutions to resolve cases quickly, thoroughly, and legally. During her work, she and her team members remove difficulties and obstacles, classify cases with conditions and without conditions to have a basis to completely resolve the backlog of cases, and regularly follow up with the grassroots.

“If the enforcement officers and civil judgment enforcement officers know how to apply the law flexibly and skillfully, it will bring high efficiency without having to apply coercive measures, limiting the waste of state budget,” Ms. Tuyet confided.

Thanks to her flexibility in "hard - soft" at the right time and with the right people, she has executed 60 case files. Completing her tasks well, she continuously received Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and the Provincial Lawyers Association for her positive contributions to the activities of the industry.

Along with her professional duties and promoting the vanguard spirit of youth, Ms. Tuyet has always been at the forefront of responding to movements launched by organizations and "every time she competes, she wins prizes". Notable achievements include the First Prize in the online contest "Learning about the Resolution of the 12th National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term", the Second Prize in the contest "Youth of Provincial Agencies Join Hands in Administrative Reform in 2015"; the Encouragement Prize in the contest "Learning about the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam".

At the Provincial Social Insurance Youth Union, member Pham Van Toan is known as someone who is always enthusiastic and creative in the movement of youth in provincial agencies to take the lead in administrative reform.

Faced with the situation of people and medical facilities abusing health insurance funds, which is becoming more and more complicated and sophisticated, Mr. Toan has created the software "Checking health insurance coverage on mobile devices".

This is a practical application, supporting medical examination and treatment facilities to check the validity of medical examination and treatment of people; doctors, medical staff can check the medical examination and treatment history of patients, control the costs of drugs, technical services, exploit the medical history of patients coming for examination and treatment simply, conveniently, anytime, anywhere.

Mr. Toan shared: “The software has been applied in practice. Currently, according to statistics, there are 340/1046 regular users out of the total number of installations for devices running the Android operating system.”

It is known that the version for devices running the IOS operating system is expected to be published in July 2017. This software of Mr. Toan won the third prize at the "Youth Science and Technology Innovation 2017" contest organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Nghe An province.

“As an industry that has a lot of communication with people and employers, Social Insurance always determines that applying IT, especially electronic social insurance transactions, is the optimal method to reduce 1/3 of the number of times and 50% of the number of hours to carry out administrative procedures for people and businesses,” Mr. Toan shared.

Leading in environmental protection propaganda

Mr. Nguyen Minh Thang regularly cooperates with the grassroots Youth Union to organize propaganda sessions to disseminate laws on environmental protection.

With the enthusiasm of youth, daring to think and act, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thang, born in 1984 - Deputy Chief of Office, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, is an energetic leader, devoted to the Youth Union organization.

Identifying that building a strong Youth Union organization is an important task, Mr. Thang always innovates and builds programs and activity plans with diverse, rich and practical forms through branch meetings to create a useful playground to attract and gather young union members to participate.

With the spirit of focusing on the grassroots, he and the Youth Union Executive Committee implemented many effective youth projects and tasks such as: coordinating with grassroots youth organizations to "Propaganda and popularization of laws on environmental protection", and providing specific instructions to people on how to collect and treat waste packaging of plant protection drugs, contributing to raising people's awareness of the harmful effects of destroying the living environment.

Through this, people have the skills to protect themselves, and awareness and responsibility in the fight against environmental and climate change. Not only that, he organizes social security activities that bring many humanistic values.

During the period 2010-2016, he mobilized cadres, civil servants and public employees in the Department to donate clothes, books, machinery, school supplies and more than 300 million VND to children and people in mountainous communes facing many difficulties.

To share some of the difficulties and encourage the spirit of poor patients being treated at hospitals, he called on the staff and members of the Department to voluntarily donate their salaries to cook free porridge. Since then, once a month, he and the members of the Youth Union of the branch regularly go to the hospitals to deliver porridge to the patients.

“Although our professional work is busy, we try to maintain social activities, which are both practical and create an environment for solidarity, gathering, and creating cohesion among union members,” Mr. Thang confided.
