Notes when bathing on hot days
Bathing every day helps us keep our bodies clean, protect our skin and health, and relax after a tiring day. But how to bathe properly, especially on hot days when the need to bathe increases?
After coming back from the sun
Staying out in the sun for too long will cause your pores to dilate. Bathing immediately after will cause water to seep into your body, making it easy to catch a cold or get an infection.
After a full meal
After eating, the digestive system needs a lot of blood to function. If you bathe immediately after eating, the body must divide that blood to other organs to maintain body temperature, leading to poor intestinal function, unable to absorb nutrients and causing other digestive diseases.
