Regarding this issue, some people's opinions said that this is quite a slow speed compared to a major route like Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard. However, according to the Project Management Board, the Department of Transport said that after completing the items, it is expected that on October 30, 2024, the unit will re-set the traffic speed on the route according to regulations and approved design speed, the maximum speed will certainly be increased compared to the present.
Drive in the correct lane
In addition to ensuring the permitted speed, vehicles must also drive in the correct lane according to regulations. However, according to reporters' observations in the past 2 days of traffic opening, many people are still confused, especially the situation of many motorbikes driving in the main lane reserved for cars.

Pay attention, obey commands and signs
One of the noteworthy points is that the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard route has many intersections. Specifically, according to statistics from the Project Management Board and the Department of Transport, the entire route has 82 intersections with residential roads on both sides of the road, including 7 large intersections with traffic light systems installed such as the intersection with the coastal road, the intersection with the 35 meter road, etc.

Due to the many intersections, drivers on Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard must pay special attention, reduce speed when approaching intersections, comply with regulations on road load and size limits, drive in the correct lane, and follow the markings on the road surface; drivers on the road must signal in advance when changing lanes and must ensure safety; ensure a safe distance between vehicles according to regulations...
In fact, after one day of traffic opening, although there were signs, many people were still confused, so the situation of driving in the wrong lane and exceeding the speed limit still occurred. Forces were assigned to the points to guide and direct traffic, reminding people to follow the regulations to ensure safety.
