Only passengers residing, staying before the flight or departing from an airport in a level 4 epidemic area or a blockade area need a Covid-19 test certificate.
The Ministry of Transport has just issued Document No. 682/BGTVT-VT adjusting standards and conditions for domestic flight passengers.
Accordingly, from January 22, 2022, only passengers residing or staying before the flight or departing from an airport in an area with a level 4 epidemic or a medical isolation (lockdown) area must have a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result valid within 72 hours from the time of sample collection to before the flight departure time.
