The contents of the upcoming dialogue between the Prime Minister and young people

In Official Dispatch No. 507/VPCP-QHDP, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh agreed to organize a dialogue conference between the Prime Minister and young people in 2023.

Prime Minister dialogues with youth in March 2023.

The conference is scheduled to be held on March 26, 2023 at the Government headquarters.

The Prime Minister assigned the Minister of Home Affairs to issue a Plan to organize the Prime Minister's Dialogue Conference with young people in 2023; carefully prepare groups of questions to ensure they are lively and engaging, conveying clear, accurate, and practical messages that young people desire.

Relevant ministries, branches and agencies shall carry out tasks assigned in the plan.

The Ministry of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with the Government Office and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to post the Dialogue Plan and the Notice of Dialogue Conclusion on the Government's Electronic Information Portal, the Portal of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

The dialogue content includes:

1- Implementation of mechanisms, policies and legal regulations for youth;

2- Activities of agencies and organizations related to the legitimate rights and interests of young people;

3- Contents under the authority or responsibility to report to the competent authority to resolve youth petitions;

4- The role and responsibility of youth in studying, working, training, participating in socio-economic development and protecting the Fatherland;

5- Other recommendations and proposals from youth.

* According to the provisions of Decree No. 13/2021/ND-CP, the Prime Minister and Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels are responsible for organizing dialogues with young people at least once a year.
